A former insurance executive and veteran of Thailand’s digital-economy ministry, he lectures in actuarial and financial methods at Mahidol University, serves on the board of Triam Udom Suksa Pattanakarn School, and works as a community advocate in Bangkok’s Suan Luang–Prawet district.

Jakravee “Jack” Visutipol is a Bangkok-based investor and property developer. He leads a commercial real-estate practice that repositions under-used office buildings for a new generation of tenants, and invests across technology, digital services, food and beverage, wellness, and live experiences.
Trained in business and finance at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, he spent seven years at Thai Setakij Insurance Pcl., ultimately as EVP/Director responsible for underwriting, reinsurance, and technology — a tenure that began amid the 2011 Thailand floods. He later served more than three years in the office of Thailand’s Minister of Digital Economy and Society, supporting national digital-infrastructure initiatives including Bangkok’s communication-cable organizing program.
He lectures in applied actuarial and financial methods at Mahidol University, serves on the board of Triam Udom Suksa Pattanakarn School, and is active in community development in the Suan Luang–Prawet district, where he lives.
